EROPEAN BUFFET MENU


BISMILLAHI RAHMANI RAHIM 
Hari ini saya doing menu eropan buffet, DI eropan buffet itu terdapat beberpap menu yaitu,
  • APPATEZERNYA ( Macedoine of vegetable mayonaise, jellied fruite salad)
  • SOUP (Shrimp bisque , purre of pumkin soup)
  • MAIN COURSE( spaghetti bolognaise, spaetzle, beef stawganof, vegetable tagliatelle)
  • DISSERT( Read velvet roll, bread butter puding)
  • Horse D'ouvre ( Monte Cristo Sandwich, club sandwich) 

Nah hari ini saya mendapatkan menu horse D'ouvre, yaitu :
- CLUB SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :
3 slices 3- slices White bread, toasted
as needed- as needed Mayonnaise
2 pcs- 2 leaves Lettuce
2 slices- 2 slices Tomato. about
3 strip- Beef bacon
60 gr- diced turkey or chicken breast

PROCEDURE
1. Place the 3 slices of toast on a clean work surface. Spread the tops with mayonnaise.
2. On the first slice, place 1 lettuce leaf, then 2 slices of tomato, then 3 strips of bacon.
3. Place the second slice of toast on top, spread side down
4. spread the top with mayonnaise.
5. On top of this, place the turkey or chicken, then the other lettuce leaf.
6. Top with the third slice of toast, spread side down.
7. Place frilled picks on all 4 sides of the sandwich.
8. Cut the sandwich from corner to corner into 4 triangles. Each triangle will have a pick through the center to hold it together.
9. Place on a plate with the points up. The center of the plate may be filled with potato chips, French fries, or other garnish or accompaniment.

-MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS :
White bread: 2 slice
Butter: as needed
Sliced turkey or chicken bras: 30 gr
Smoked beef: 30 gr
Cheddar sliced: 30 gr
Egg, beaten: 1
Milk: 30 ml


PROCEDURE: .
1. Place the brad on a clean work surface. Spread the tops with butter.
2. Place the turkey, ham, and cheese slices on one of the pieces of bread. Top with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side down.
3. Secure the sandwich with 2 picks placed in opposite corneas.
4. Beat the egg and milk together.
S. Dip the sandwich in the batter until it is completely coated and the liquid has partially soaked into the bread.
6. Fry the sandwich in deep fat at 375'F (190'C) until golden/brown.
7. Cut in half and serve Immediately.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD: Omit the picks and cook on a griddle until browned on both sides.

Monte cristo sandwich, and club sandwich telah jadi siap di sajikan di restaurat kampus kami, mungkin tidak sebaik yang di jual di restaurat di luar negri namun kami bangga bisa belajar membuatnya, dan bisa mencicipi hasil doing kami.
