Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings
This morning the tiredness that had not disappeared yesterday but I could not help but had to keep on going to campus to carry out my obligations as a Makassar Tourism Polytechnic student. Today I have to complete my Appetizer menu "Macedoine of vegetable mayonaise" when I arrived at the campus I immediately took the materials I had prepared yesterday.

INGREDIENTS

Because the materials for our menu today were all prepared yesterday so this morning we did not prepare anything else, and because our work was finished we helped the other groups complete the menu.
After that we were told to one line by Mr. Iical and we were again given a new menu, namely the 1.3 rotation menu this time. My group got a part to make soup, and Mr. explained to us about what needs to be prepared for the rotation menu. 1.3 tomorrow.
Then after the distribution was finished we were told to immediately prepare our menu and our menu today was still in the form of a buffet but we did not forget that we were also presenting on the plate to be explained at the restaurant.


MACEDOINE OF VEGETABLE MAYONAISE

Ingredients :
- Cooked carrot ( ½ cm dice ) 1 kg
- Cooked white turnip ( ½ cm dice ) 1 kg
- Cooked green beans 500 gr
- Green peas 500 gr
- Mayonaise 500 ml
- Salt and White pepper ( to taste )

-Lettuce 25 gr
- Tomato Wedges 25 gr
Procedure :
Chill all ingredients before combining.
Place vegetables and mayonaise in a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Use just enough meyoniase to bind. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
Place lettuce bases as underliners on cold salad plates.
Place a mound of salad on each plate. Garnish with 1 tomato wedges.
Adapun menu rotasi 1.2 hari ini yaitu :

APPETIZER

SOUP
" Minestrone Soup "


MAIN COURSE
" Fillet of sole meuniere & Potatoes au gratin & Glazed root vegetables with bechamel sauce "
DESSERT
" Choux Ala Creame "

Setelah semua menu telah selesai kami langsung mengantarkannya ke restaurant dan menjelaskannya disana, Alhamdulillah menu rotasi 1.2 kami hari ini berjalan lancar. Selanjutkan kami melakukan prepare untuk menu rotasi 1.3 besok.
PREPARE
" Sop Kacang Merah "
Setelah semua prepare selesai kami langsung melakukan general cleaning dan setelah itu kami makan bersama di depan kitchen. Alhamdulillah kegiatan hari ini berjalan lancar walaupun hari ini sangat cukup melelahkan tapi berkumpul dan bercanda bersama teman-teman cukup menghilangkan lelah kami hari ini, semoga besok kami masih di beri kesehatan untuk berkumpul lagi di kitchen ini, Aamiin.
